02Setup fee
There is no free trial. The one-time setup fee is paid with your first month (or year) when you sign up; for a quoted deal, 50% on confirmation and 50% at go-live, as the quotation says.
- Before build work starts, it is refundable. If you change your mind before we start build work — that is, before your onboarding specialist begins configuring your WhatsApp number, flows or replies — we refund it in full. Once build work has started, it is not refundable, because our team's time has been spent on your setup.
- When you upgrade, the setup difference for the new plan follows the same rule: it is refundable only until we start building the upgrade.
We tell you by email when build work starts, so it is always clear whether the setup fee can still be refunded.
03Monthly plan
- Plans have a 3-month minimum term from the day you choose a plan. Yearly plans are charged once for 12 months at the price of 10.
- After that, the account Owner can cancel any time from Billing in the app, or by emailing [email protected].
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The service keeps working until then, and you are not charged again.
- We do not give pro-rata refunds for unused days of a month (or months of an annual plan) you have already paid for.
- If you cancel during the minimum term, the remaining months of the minimum term stay payable.
- If we end the service without cause, we refund the fees you paid for the unused period.
04Meta wallet balance
Your Meta wallet holds money you have prepaid for Meta's WhatsApp message charges. It is your money, so you can get the unused part back.
- When you close your account, we refund your unused wallet balance within 30 days of your request.
- We deduct Meta charges already incurred (including messages sent but not yet billed by Meta) and the payment gateway fees charged on the original top-ups.
- While your account is active, the wallet balance is not withdrawable; it is used for your messages.
- Meta's charges for messages already sent cannot be refunded.
05Failed and duplicate payments
If money left your account but the payment failed, or you were charged twice for the same thing, we refund the extra amount to the original payment method. Razorpay usually auto-refunds failed payments; if not, write to us. The money normally reaches you in 5–7 working days after we start the refund, depending on your bank.
06How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the account Owner's registered email address, with:
- your business name as registered in Jawab;
- the invoice number or Razorpay payment ID;
- what you want refunded and why.
Timelines
- We reply within 2 working days.
- We decide on eligible requests within 7 working days.
- Approved refunds are started within 7 working days of approval (30 days for Meta wallet balances on closure) and reach you 5–7 working days after that.
- GST charged on a refunded amount is adjusted through a credit note issued with the refund.
