WhatsApp automation for D2C brands and e-commerce
Jawab helps Indian D2C brands recover abandoned carts on WhatsApp, confirm cash-on-delivery orders before dispatch to reduce RTO, and send order and delivery updates customers actually open. Customer questions land in a shared inbox, and UPI payment links let a COD buyer switch to prepaid in the chat.
01The problem
What it costs to reply late.
- 01
Most carts are abandoned, and email reminders are rarely opened.
- 02
Unconfirmed COD orders come back as RTO and cost shipping both ways.
- 03
Support questions are split across Instagram DMs, email and a personal WhatsApp.
02How it works
From first message to repeat customer
- Step 1
Cart abandoned
A WhatsApp reminder goes out with the product and a link to complete the order, optionally with a prepaid offer.
- Step 2
COD order confirmed
Before dispatch, the customer confirms the order and address with one tap, or switches to UPI.
- Step 3
Order updates
Shipping and delivery updates go out as utility messages, which Meta charges at its lower utility rate.
- Step 4
Support and repeat purchase
Questions reach your team in the shared inbox; review requests and festive broadcasts bring customers back.

04Questions
Frequently asked
Pricing and setup questions are answered on the main FAQ and in our WhatsApp API pricing guide.
Before a cash-on-delivery order ships, the customer is asked on WhatsApp to confirm the order and address. Orders that are cancelled or never confirmed are held back, so fewer parcels travel out and back as RTO.
Indian shoppers read WhatsApp far more reliably than email, so a cart reminder there is much more likely to be seen. Each reminder is a marketing message, charged by Meta at its published rate, with no markup from Jawab.
The Multi-branch plan includes webhooks and ERP integrations, so cart, order and shipping events from your store can trigger WhatsApp messages. Talk to us about your platform during the demo.
